HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT 
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for IT support.
  • Responsible for providing a variety of technical support, configuration, implementation and maintenance of our various hardware and software systems.
  • Performs first-level and second-level technical assistance and support for incoming help desk queries on hardware/software systems and provides technical solutions.
  • Documents user problems, troubleshooting steps, resolutions and escalation paths using Service Desk tools and resources.
  • Help maintain the Asset Management system from registration to release.
  • Identifies and escalates issues requiring urgent attention.
  • Assist with special projects as determined by the Manager.
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES 
  • Degree or certification in Information Technology preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in IT area, especially in manufacturing company environments.
  • A strong working knowledge of computer system, hardware, software and mobile devices
  • A strong knowledge of related standards dealing with Information Security and Industry related Standards (ISO27001/ TISAX/ ISO14001/ ISO9001/ IATF16949)
  • Personable, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic to advanced technical issues.
  • Working knowledge of supporting desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and email.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Continuous Learning: Constantly updating professional knowledge and staying sensitive to new technologies.
